Dynamic Risk provides integrated health, safety and wellbeing solutions for the entertainment industry. With over 40 years of operational experience in live music, concerts, festivals, touring, theatre, film, television and events, our team provides a service unlike any other in the industry.
Dynamic Risk is led by principal consultant Michael Kent, who is a Chartered OHS Professional (CHoHSP) certified by the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and a distinguished member of the AIHS College of Fellows. Michael is a practitioner of Social Psychology of Risk (SPoR) and the work developed by Dr Rob Long.

People are often thought of as the problem in workplace safety, something to be controlled and managed; however, new research tells us that people are the solution and something we need to harness and learn from (Dekker). We always focus on your people and how we can support their learning and understanding of risk.

Safety Supervisors
Dynamic Risk provides experienced safety supervisors for events, festivals, concerts, and television productions. Our experienced safety team can be deployed to help promoters, event producers, networks, and production companies maintain a high standard of safety across all contractors and work teams. We aim to make safety an enabler of great production, not a barrier.

Medical and First Aid Staff
Dynamic Risk provides experienced medical/first aid staff who are safety-focused and able to assist production with their people. Our first aiders are agile and mobile and can be easily integrated with our safety team to provide a more impactful team. We can provide experienced health professionals, such as registered paramedics and nurses, for more complex events.

Dynamic Risk applies the principles of Social Psychology of Risk (SPoR) across all our work. Our team understands how people experience and interpret risk, which is critical to managing psychosocial hazards.
